Goldencrane Properties was founded by Fernando Scharnick and Brandon Marcus, driven by a shared passion for property and development. In their early twenties, they began exploring ways to raise capital and enter the property market, taking the time to understand different investment and development strategies before committing to their first project. After several years of learning and planning, one thing became clear: successful property development depends heavily on working with reliable, skilled, and trustworthy contractors. Rather than operating as builders themselves, they identified a gap in the market for a structured coordination model, one that connects clients with vetted independent contractors while managing project flow, milestones, and accountability. Goldencrane Properties was created to help individuals and businesses bring their building plans to life, from residential homes to large-scale commercial developments, through clear coordination and disciplined oversight.
