Goldencrane does not control how contractors perform their work and is not responsible for their actions, omissions, workmanship, delays, or compliance with laws and regulations.
D. No Construction or Professional Advice
Goldencrane does not provide construction, architectural, engineering, legal, or financial advice. Any information provided is general in nature and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
Clients are responsible for engaging appropriately qualified professionals for all regulated services.
E. Fees and Payments
Goldencrane charges a coordination or brokerage fee, typically calculated as a percentage of the project value, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments to independent contractors are structured according to agreed milestones. Goldencrane does not guarantee contractor performance or outcomes.
F. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete project information
Enter into direct agreements with independent contractors where required
Make payments in accordance with agreed milestones
Obtain necessary approvals, permissions, and consents unless otherwise agreed
G. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goldencrane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Goldencrane’s total liability, if any, shall be limited to the coordination fees paid to Goldencrane for the relevant project.
H. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goldencrane from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

Breach of these Terms by you
